Confident Vs. Conceited
If I have a confidence and feel good about myself, would you think that I am conceited? Better think twice and hear something from me.
What I know is there is a huge difference between being confident and being conceited. Having a confidence means recognizing your worth and taking pride in who you are and in the things that you do. This is NOT to be confused with walking around with your chin higher than your forehead (buti kung bagay), bragging about how perfect you are (nobody is perfect, right?) or expecting other people to worship you or the ground you walk on. (That’s being conceited, mga feelers gud).
Confidence isn’t about proving to others how great you are; it’s more about how you feel inside about yourself. Kung maganda ka naman talaga. Maganda ka talaga. You don’t need to apply tons of foundation just to feel good about yourself. And its not abut physical lang naman eh. Its more of the attitude. The compositions of sex appeal are confidence (how we carry ourselves) and attitude.
Anyway, I don’t really care about what people will say. I am ME. I love being me. My boyfriend loves me. So, there’s nothing to bother to.
