BLUER THAN BLUE

Regardless of how hard you try to keep your emotions in check, they can get the best of you. (char) Yes, it’s true that growing up is an emotional time. Kaya nga may mga EMO eh. Are you one of those? Me? I guess so. Haha. Emotional stress we encounter can be more than just mood swings. Sometimes it becomes more serious and you need more than just yourself to deal with. I am lucky to have someone that has a capacity to deal with my emote-times. Someone who patiently listen and gives comfort. During the lowest point of my life, my best friend-boyfriend is always there. Hindi sya nawawala. Though sometimes I am pushing him away he never gives up. Bongga. I so love him for not letting me go through this alone.


Signs of Depression:

Feeling sad or hopeless
Loss of interest in most of daily activities
Weight gain or weight loss
Sleeping to much or not enough
Grades in school may drop
Turning to drugs and alcohol
Feeling tired all the time
Lack of motivation
Feeling guilty for no real reason
Thinking often about death
Feeling anxious or worried

I manifest:

Feeling sad/hopeless
Loss of interest in activities
Weight gain? I often eat large amount of food when I am depress. (If my boyfriend could read this. He would surely disagree. And guess why).
My grades in school dropped
Engaged in addiction? Yah, my bf is my greatest addiction. LOL.
I often think about death. Needless to say, I been into suicidal attempt how many times. Suicidal ideation is common to me.
Feeling tired most of the time. “I am sick of this life!”
Feeling guilty without any reason
